Holiday rentals with a patio in New Malden

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation with the tram and bus being less than a 5 minute walk. Wael recommended great restaurants nearby. The apartment looked exactly like the photos – clean, stylish, and well-maintained. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would definitely book again. The team was attentive and quickly answered any questions that we had. Would stay again. Having two bathrooms was a plus for me!

We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. Ideal for our trip to do Bushy Parkrun. Perfect location to get to Bushy, Hampton Court, the river, the station, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We had takeout from Averna Italian restaurant which was delicious. Garden fully secure for our sprocker. Would definitely recommend.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The house was lovely and such a quaint place tucked in Balham. The train station was an easy walk and many very good restaurants within walking distance as-well. Ellie was very easy to get in contact with and responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in London to stay.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 young children and we felt at home straight away. The flat is very comfortable and clean with easy access to the bus that we got to Morden tube station and straight into Central London. Natalie was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to every message. We would definitely recommend her flat to anyone.

Absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by every detail of this place. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a true haven, thoughtfully designed with care and impeccable taste. Cozy, spotlessly clean, full of great energy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and then some!). You can truly feel the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable experience. I felt completely at home — or better yet, in a place I wish was my home. Highly recommend, and already missing it!

The words that come to mind after spending 3 weeks in Ravi’s apartment are 1) premium & 2) homely. The quality of the furniture and the fit out of the apartment were top notch. The decorative choices made time spent there much more pleasant than dreary white hotel walls! The sofa bed is extremely comfortable even though it is firm. The bed mattress was lovely and soft. The bedding itself was very luxurious. Ravi has thought of everything you would need for a long term stay, including all the cooking implements. It truly was a “home away from home” for us and our 4 month old bub. Thank you for hosting us in such a lovely space!

Had a great weekend. Perfect house for a large group. Out of the way enough to be peaceful and far enough away from the train station to have a pleasant walk. Getting into the house was straightforward and exactly as described. All rooms were clean and uncluttered with all you needed. Bathrooms were clean and spacious with complimentary soaps and shower gels. Kitchen is vast. We were lucky to get some sun this weekend and used the garden quite a lot. Thank you Romario for hosting a great weekend for us.

Nicholas place is conveniently located near the local tram which gets you to the local train station in couple of minutes. Wimbledon center is at 10 min walk. Nicholas is extremly pleasant and welcoming. He allowed us to get into the house ahead of schedule while he was still there with his family. We highly appretiated that as my son got sick and couldnt be outside in the cold weather. Nicholas would check in with us every day to see if our boy was feeling better and if there was anything he could help with. He was a great host. The house is as in the photos and is very comfortable. With a sick boy having all the selection of TV channels was a plus.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. The interior of the house is absolutely lovely, with tasteful decor that makes you feel right at home the moment you step inside. Every room is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its so nice! Parking was a breeze, with a space available right outside. This made it incredibly convenient, especially after long days of exploring the area. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts were truly exceptional. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The welcome pack was so nice and thoughtful. Loved the stay and will definitely return.

Oonagh’s house was perfectly located and exactly as per the photos: spacious, clean, comfortable and overall, a pleasure to stay in. Communications were great throughout and Oonagh was always helpful and responsive. This is a great Airbnb, we’d highly recommend it to future guests.

Stayed a week with my family in Sarah’s house feeling cozy, which is clean and has a nice decoration. The location is convenient, just a walk distance to station and cafes nearby.

This is one of the best Air Bnb’s we have ever stayed in. It felt like our own London home. The decor is amazing and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Loved being in a more residential area after our days of exploring busy London! We hope to be back someday! I could not recommend this place more!

Nik was a wonderful host, flat was great and perfect for our short stay, walking distance to the station and shops, and a short ride to the airport.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Absolutely adored this building and view. It was nice to get some peace away from other tourists. The space itself was impeccable; it was spotless and uncluttered. Jamal thought of every detail. We used Uber boat to get around and we really enjoyed that. It was easy to find taxis as well. We would absolutely stay again. It was a wonderful stay!

My parents stayed in Priscilla’s flat while visiting London and felt perfectly at home! The flat is conveniently located, a walkable distance to Wimbledon station and the lovely Wimbledon Village, as well as right next to a bus stop for easy transport. The flat was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a particularly nice feature! The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and we made use of the large tv and comfy sofa in the living area. Plenty of space for family meals and relaxing. Priscilla was an impeccable host, with clear instructions and quick, friendly responses. Cannot recommend her flat highly enough to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wimbledon! My family are already looking forward to their next stay.

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.
