Living room has queen sofa bed. Quaint small one bedroom home .Complete kitchen including microwave and Keurig machine . Pans and dishes also provided. Bedroom has queen size adjustable bed and TV. Large bathroom. Newly painted and carpeted, tile kitchen , bathroom. The house is located 5 minutes away from Athens and OHIO UNIVERSITY. It is 10 minutes from HOCKING COLLEGE and Rocky Boots in Nelsonville .Hunters are welcome. Ideal for Ohio University parents! Come and enjoy your stay!!

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. Nothing but stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Located in the heart of Hocking Hills, this tiny cabin was exactly what I was going for. I needed a getaway from everyday, but still needed to work. I was able to enjoy the serene surroundings while also connecting to WiFi to do my job. Host was so nice and communicated well. I booked last minute and she still had the house ready before check in time. I hope to take my husband back for a romantic getaway. This is exactly what you dream of when renting from AirBNB. Good price, private accommodations, and an accommodating owner.

Perfect little cabin for our family of 4 for the weekend. Quick drive to visit OU in about 10 minutes. Appreciated the games in and outdoors. The kids especially loved Athensopoly and corn hole. Loved having plenty of extra towels and coffee/snacks. Cute firepit outside, but we didn't get to use it. Felt like you were in the woods, but not far from town. Overall great stay.

Peaceful Retreat - Near Hiking & OU!

My husband and I came down with our dog for 3 days to do some hiking at Hocking Hills. Greg’s place was perfect to come back and relax. It was quiet and very peaceful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed watching the chickens walk by, our dog had never seen chickens and it was funny watching him watch them. Will definitely recommend and come back if ever in the area again.
