The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

A perfect place for surfing on the famous Polzeath beach and SW coast path - a 5 minute walk away, or equally a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer in terms of walks, beaches, swimming, relaxing, picnicking. Baby Bay boasts a wonderful outdoor sauna in close proximity. We are very proud of our home and have made every effort to keep it newly decorated and beautifully furnished.

This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.
