Cabin holiday rentals in New Straitsville

The Homestead felt right at home. Uma's communication was great. When we had got there there had been no power due to a storm that had came through on our way down. She kept us updated every step of the way. The power came back on and we were able to enjoy The Homestead! It was very easy to come and go with the keypad. The hot tub sold it for sure! Very relaxing! Very cute cabin feel. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this cute house!

Everything about my stay at Wild Honey Cabin this weekend was incredible! The views are stunning, the property is perfect, and the interior of the cabin (especially the main bed) is so cozy. Carolyn was super proactive and helpful! This cabin was absolutely perfect for my super chill “girls gone mild” bachelorette weekend.

We had a great stay. Just did a quick escape with my husband for our anniversary and it was so peaceful. Just what we needed.

Perfect location for the area. We brought our own food (but could have grabbed groceries at Young's around the corner) and enjoyed the space for our anniversary. It was perfect for the two of us and met my husbands only request. A cabin in the woods just us! We found it comfortable to sit and read, enjoy the outdoor space as the sun set or sit at the dining room table playing games. We did venture out to the Cedar Falls and Rock House , both not a bad drive. Wifi was reliable as we listened to music and just relaxed! Host was there for any little question and so accommodating!

Brent and Colton were very helpful. They answered any questions I had and took care of all my needs.

We absolutely loved Hemlock Retreats. The location was perfect for day trips around the Hocking Hills area. The house itself was very comfortable and welcoming. Hot tub and path to winery were definite bonuses. This was a fantastic setting for out family trip.

Beautiful peaceful cabin tucked away! Very close to local hiking spots which was awesome! The details of the cabin were well thought out and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! Would stay again!!

The cabin was just as beautiful as listed. This is a lovely property and Max was very responsive. I like to know all the details of a property so here are a few things to know: my GPS did not get me there. The cabin is up a long , winding gravel road so look for the Wildcat Cabin sign, the gravel road by the dumpster starts there. There are other cabins up the hill, one is close enough to see and hear from the front porch. Bring mosquito spray and citronella for sitting on the porches. The bedroom is up stairs and has a sun shade you can close or open for more light in the morning. Everything you need is provided and the beauty is stunning. My stay was perfect. Check out Conkles Hollow and Rock Bridge. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!

Very quaint and cozy cabin near Hocking Hills, with great amenities like the hot tub and dog outdoor dog washing station! I’ve never went with my dog or been to one that welcomed dogs so didn’t know what to expect in the way of odors. But there wasn’t any, I was so relieved. Plus they had treats, and toys for it out, so thoughtful. Plus, there was nothing that wasn’t thought of to make sure stay very comfortable. Mara and Carl went out of their way to help us with a few Internet issues and we’re just very attentive and thoughtful hosts. This place is a little gem tucked away and very private! So don’t hesitate!

You have to stay at Camp Forever. My girlfriends and I spent a reading retreat weekend here and all walked away feeling like this was one of - if not the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The cabin is spacious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked and aesthetic, huge wrap around patio, amazing views, and such an amazing host. Grace was beyond responsive to any questions we had and the most responsive airbnb host i've ever had. Can't give this place enough stars and we are already planning our next stay at Camp Forever.

Great cabin and very close to Strouds run. The hot tub was in great condition and it was clean throughout. My family really enjoyed our time there, and we loved that there was no wifi! A true retreat!

Had a great stay in the nature! Saw lots of butterflies and birds, and got to enjoy Boogie On The Bricks in Downtown Athens! Overall a great time and a great place to stay! Thanks again.

My wife and I have been bringing our two dogs there for a few years now. its a little getaway we look forward to every year. the property is peaceful with a trail to the lake that connects to burr oak state park trails. clyde is a great host. responds quickly and maintains the house and property well. looking forward to the next trip out there

We had a wonderful time! We went for our 2nd anniversary and the space was perfect for us and our dog Bella. The yard was spacious and allowed our dog the space she needed. We used the grill for dinner and used the hot tub! Everything worked perfectly and If we had any questions Rachel answered within about 10 mins. We will be coming back and plan to let everyone know about how amazing the owl barn was!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The place was clean, comfortable, had the necessary amenities. There were lots of fun, outdoor activities close by.

We loved our stay here! Perfect place for our dogs to be able to run free and fairly close distance to hocking hills! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying with pets!

We were at David’s Airbnb for a bachelorette party so we could go to the hiking trails at Hocking Hills. Was a great place to stay at and had a great hot tub and bonfire for us to use. We didn’t get to use the bonfire because it rained but it was nice to know we were able to use it and there were some places as you drive in to get wood if needed. Hot tub was super nice and a great experience to be able to be in and enjoy the great outdoors. Thanks again!

Great stay! The outdoor activists, fire pit, grill, and hot tub were wonderful to enjoy some fresh air. Inside there was even more to do in a very comfortable space. There was a lot stocked around the house especially in the kitchen.

This was the perfect escape. The trails around the property were beautiful. The place was equipped with everything you need. The communication was great. Absolutely looking forward to coming back again.

We could not have asked for a better weekend getaway! Nicole was a terrific host and anticipates all the needs of her guests. She is also responds quickly if you have need or a question. The cabin itself was clean, cozy and peaceful! We will be back for sure!

We originally went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Had a great time hiking and fishing then coming back to relax in the hot tub. What I didn’t know is that my boyfriend of 10 years planned to propose to me on our favorite hiking trails! Made the stay that much more special 💜 Thank you so much for being an amazing host

Very beautiful place to stay and very clean! Todd and April went above and beyond for our special stay. Awesome attention to detail. Just outside of hocking hills so you get some exclusion from the state park but also close enough to drive to everything! About 20-30 minutes to drive to the caves and trails. And about 15 minutes to go out to eat somewhere, however we didn’t mind since we cooked mostly at the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils that you may need. A very peaceful and relaxing space to hide out. I will definitely be visiting again!
