Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with excellent public transport connections nearby. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved issues that came up.

The host was very responsive and arranged an early check in as I arrived to the destination early. He was very responsive and provides clear instructions. The room was very spacious and had all amenities including a washing machine. Overall really great experience and will definitely come again!

Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

The apartment is very new, clean, well equipped and perfect for anyone visiting family in the area. Very private for sharers with two bathrooms off the bedrooms. Lovely river views and very quiet for a good nights sleep. The coffee machine with lots of pods was a lovely touch. Christopher was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us, would absolutely stay again.

This place is everything everyone else says. Spotlessly clean. Friendly neighbour (Steven). Best to drive into the reserved parking bay as reversing in a bit tight ! My advice? Visit the Bomber Command Centre, only ten minutes away. And our visit coincided with the Red Arrows doing one of their displays.

What a great stay we had. As soon as we walked in it gave us the wow factor. Very clean and tidy. Was as described. Only thing that would of improved our stay even more was the curtains in the bedroom could have been more solid to block out the light. The location of the property is so perfect. Everything on your doorstep. Local businesses, resturants and bars. We loved all the quirky shops and the history with the castle and cathedral just round the corner. (If you visit Lincoln please go see the Dragon at the castle, it made us smile) Overall it was a perfect home from home stay for us. The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. It is in a great location, with an excellent pub serving delicious food just steps away. I would highly recommend this place.

The studio is very large and cozy. It was the perfect place to come back after a busy day but also very comfortable to spend the whole day in, studying/working. The position is very central so that everything in the city center is at walking distance. Daniele was always available and very helpful.

The furniture, especially the bed is all very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are top notch. I never experienced too many pillows or towels in an Airbnb until now! You are a responsive and friendly host. Your location was perfect for our weekend at the National Water Sports Centre and would be even better for visiting sports (football / cricket) fans. It is a short bus/taxi ride into town which is helpful as although there is an excellent supermarket very close by, there are no walkable restaurant options. We really had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property for a quiet weekend away or any visiting sports enthusiasts. Thank you Naomi

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

What an absolute gem this little place was. We had been travelling for a few hours and Margaret Anne’s place was a stop over for the evening. It was exact what we needed! The place was absolutely gorgeous in every way. Beautiful decor, high end finishes, comfy bed and so many thoughtful touches. There was a little kitchen corner with milk, water, snacks and breakfast cereals. A lot of work and effort has gone into making this a really special place. Also, the bath was probably the best bath I have ever had! It was huge and such a relaxing experience. Absolutely loved staying here and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Excellent host and excellent place to stay for my wife, one year old and I. Rebekah even made sure there was a stair gate put up before we arrived! She also offered her cot for us to use. Very warm welcome on the day. The place was pristine and just lovely. We had a really comfortable stay.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Ruth’s airbnb was a lovely stay, we went for one night, the place we stayed was very clean and tidy and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub with nice relaxing views in the garden, would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places.
