Second stay at Kendra’s property and two more booked for later in the year. Great location, easy walk into town and accessible to all major routes. Kendra is very friendly and accommodating, will even make sure you have provisions if requested on arrival. The house is very well presented and in a quiet location.

A fantastic place to stay. Very clean with modern amenities, very comfortable bed. I stayed 28 days and used the apartment as a base for day-trips to places around Darlington. Katie was very responsive and always quick to answer any inquiries, and she gave excellent suggestions/recommendations. The apartment is also close to a grocery store and excellent restaurants as well as near to the train station and public transportation. I would most definitely stay again. I highly recommend this accommodation. It was a fantastic value.

We had a lovely stay, it was very peaceful. We attended a beautiful wedding at Middleton lodge and it was very close to the church and the lodge, ideally placed. Thank you for having us.

Good flat is a good location near shops, it could do with curtains in the bedroom but apart from that I would recommend it.
