Holiday rentals with a patio in Niagara Falls

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Great distance to Niagara Falls State Park and close to several restaurants in Buffalo. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ve stayed here before and loved it since the first time! Jaclyn is very responsive and helpful. All essentials were available and Jaclyn was very flexible when it came to checking in early. We loved the coffee bar!

Heleen, Soran and Victoria were amazing! We looked at other places & read reviews and this place was the winner! And it did not disappoint! We loved the location. Walking distance to everything you want to see. Safe community and the decor is very welcoming and relaxing. They are very attentive and wanting to make sure you feel at home. Thank you! Tai’s place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the state park, making it incredibly convenient

This is my third stay at Leigh's place and it is comfortable and clean and perfect for a few nights. Lots of space in a beautiful historic home that is well cared for in a sweet, walkable neighborhood.

Ryan's place was clean and inviting. We greatly appreciated how close the location was to the places we wanted to go. As a family of three, the home felt spacious. The home was cleaned with natural products and had reed diffusers with light scents. That was especially great as scents can trigger my autistic child. Other than the main level bathroom, no room has an interior lock. The upstairs bedroom is a loft style without a door. The kitchen has enough cookware for simple meals. Ryan handled a matter where we needed help with expedience. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

A lovely house on a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood, off the beaten path but close to everything. Spotless, spacious, all the amenities, a lovely screened-in porch, deck and back yard. I wish we’d had warmer weather to hang out on the porch! Any questions we had, our host quickly answered. We would love to come back!

Great spot on a quiet street close to Elmwood Ave. with lots of restaurants and small businesses. Ibrahim was friendly and responsive throughout.

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Great place with all convenient places near by , supermarkets , mall and restaurants 5m away and 1 1m away to Niagara’s falls . Friendly and respectful neighborhood

I stayed for one night as I was visiting Niagra Falls for one day. The location is nearby, but will need a vehicle or uber to get around or park and walk. The place wS clean and had everything I need. Would recommend the place to anyone in the future.

This is a terrific Airbnb situated minutes away from all the touristy destinations near Niagara Falls. Super clean and comfy — highly recommend!

Came down for a wedding , stayed 2 nights ! Place was very clean and area was safe. Loved how close we were to all the restaurants and Niagara country golf club! Great location !

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. This was my first ever Airbnb booking and all I can hope is every experience is as amazing as this one was! We came to Buffalo for a concert for my daughter’s birthday and she and her friends took more pics in the condo than at the concert. The space is spotless and crazy gorgeous. Christopher was so helpful and responsive and definitely made the whole process easy and absolutely flawless. Isis at the front desk was beyond sweet and was the cherry on top of the visit. My husband and I are already looking at another date to come and stay again just the two of us! Thank you so much!!

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.

Was great! Thanks for having us, a comfortable stay and convenient location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for easy access. :)
