House holiday rentals in Nibbiaia

We had a beautiful stay in Alessandro’s home for one week in May 2025. The location was perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca and Florence as day trips. We were in the outskirts of old San Miniato - walking distance to restaurants and cafes, a short drive to the supermarket yet remote enough to be peaceful. We enjoyed the well appointed apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having dinner in our private garden amongst the olive trees and relaxing by the pool. We travelled with our bicycles and the areas surrounding San Miniato is just about the most beautiful riding I’ve ever found in Europe. Alessandro is clearly a very kind and welcoming gentleman, who enjoys hosting his guests, and we were grateful for his tips on what to visit and where to eat. We are sure we will be back again.

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and the view are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept this well in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing was a nice salad bowl and a toaster. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The well-known white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village at the bakery and in the corner shop or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher's shop in the village. You sit idyllically in the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills, a barbecue, and a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

We were able to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple, but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Bakers, mini-market, butchers, various small restaurants, a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to go shopping right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

We picked the location based on (very last minute) availability Airbnb’s. Both the city and Airbnb did not disappoint. The house was very chill and provided us with plenty of privacy and met all our needs. Azzurra was very helpful. And the city (with help of Azzuras tips) provided us with the relaxation we were looking for. Wish we booked a longer stay. Only recommendation for future guests, a car is required to navigate through the area.

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

The house appears as described in the listing, an excellent location for those who do not want to stress themselves with parking and traffic, just 10 minutes from the center of Livorno and two minutes from the shopping center, a strategic choice of want tranquility and comfort. Couldn't be better. Exceeded our expectations

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! I would give 10 stars if possible! What a wonderful Airbnb - one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean house, and so peaceful with breathtaking views and in a fantastic village with lots of walking as well as a sweet little restaurant and a handy shop which was open from early until late. A very easy drive to Lucca and lots of other sweet villages in the hills. We also did a fantastic hike right from the front door. The kitchen and bathroom were very thoughtfully equipped and the BBQ was an excellent bonus. Elisa and Roberto were so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone - and may even return myself one day so I can sit on that beautiful terrace and take in those views again.

This place was magical, if you are going to be in the area I highly recommend staying here. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. Paola and Luigi were so friendly and kind. We are recommending this place to everyone we know.
