Old renovated house in the center of the village, nice view not overlooked, 50 meters from shops (bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, farmers' market on Wednesday...) Cannes beaches 7 km away, Croisette 10 km away. Valbonne/Sophia Antipolis 9 km away, Grasse 7 km away.

Come and stay at La Colle sur Loup, this pretty Provençal village 3 km from its illustrious cousin, Saint Paul de Vence! The accommodation is located in the center of the village, it is ideally located about twenty minutes from the airport and beaches by car, many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A river with sunny banks runs along our village and will make a pleasant walk, a brand new aquatic center, a natural park… will enhance your stay… free parking🙌

Maison indépendante, récente, sur un terrain de 1500 m2 avec piscine . Notre maison principale est située sur la propriété à quelques mètres de la maison louée. Propriété clôturée et férmée par un portail motorisé. La maison est au grand calme, elle est entourée de verdure. La mer se situe à moins de 5 km. L'aéroport Nice côte d'azur 15 mn de voiture. Cagnes sur mer se trouve entre Nice et Cannes, tout près de Saint Paul de Vence et des principaux sites touristiques.

We are delighted to host you in our studio, completely refurbished in May 2024! Located in a small village house close to all amenities (shops and restaurants 3 min walk). 5 minutes from bus stops to get off in the center of Cannes. In a few minutes by bus you will be in the center of Cannes, and enjoy its beaches and festivals, 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the highway. No air conditioning, but on the ground floor and thick walls!
