Bungalow with veranda and summer kitchen, very private. Private parking with electric gate. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants. 15 minutes to Nice airport and beaches by car. Swimming pool with bar, toilet, shower and small summer shop. (All on private land.) I only accept adults. No children. Owner on site. And I'll wait for you to give you the keys and the fob. The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes from the house. Free coffee in the morning.

The villa is located between Monaco (6km) and Nice on the famous hiking trail Frédéric Nietzsche, perched above the sea, just below the restaurant "La chêvre d'or" of Eze Village. Because the villa is in the middle of a natural park, you have to walk 10 minutes downhill to get there (or 20 minutes to go up) but the scenery is so striking that you will do it with pleasure. we will provide you a card for free private parking at village

In a few minutes you can walk to the beaches, the coastal path and its coves equipped with showers. Perfect for two people and visiting the main sights of the area. Close access to bus (No. 600) and train (located between Monaco and Cap d'Ail stations).

You will appreciate the charm of this small Cabin nestled in its quiet and secure green setting. The seaside and beaches are located just a stone's throw from the Cabanon. You have the option to discover the coastline between Nice and Cannes on bike paths. You can also take a day trip to Italy or St Tropez via the seaside and its fabulous Corniche d'Or. Finally, you can visit many picturesque villages in the hinterland.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin among the trees in the cool and quiet, between my house and a trailer. You can wash the old-fashioned way with a bowl and a pitcher of water, or you have a cold outdoor shower with a water reserve behind the cabin. There is no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to your cabin €6/pers and evening basket €15 per pers or dinner €24 on reservation, payment only in cash.

You can also enjoy the pool on weekdays (Monday to Friday) with the owner's agreement. Private parking is available for your use. 2 very nice cats occupy the garden.
