It is located 1.3 km from Boccacabana beach, 5 min by bike, 3 min by car. There are 2 muscle mountain bikes available. Bus 2 min away that takes you to Cannes in 15 min. We are 5 minutes from the industrial zone. This cottage is located on our property but you will not have any neighbors opposite you.
