Tram line 7 is within walking distance and in 20 minutes you are at Cologne Cathedral. The Rhine, the almost 1000-year-old St. Nicholas Chapel and an extensive recreational area for walks or sports are just 300 meters away.

Bright and friendly attic flat in the direct vicinity of Cologne/Bonn Airport (5 min.) and yet very quietly located. Buses are within walking distance (3-5 min.). The Porz/Rhine railway station is only 5 minutes away, and from there you can take regional trains to the Deutz trade fair centre in only 10 minutes or to Cologne's main railway station in 15 minutes. The apartment is about 75sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right side of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.
