Come relax in a quiet corner of our garden, where a stand-alone house will welcome you. Plants and trees, birds and bees are your companions in all directions. Enjoy the serenity and privacy provided by this retreat, which has been equipped with the most necessary amenities. Feel comfortable and at home. On a small-scale arable farm, this cozy studio with its own entrance is located. The studio includes a full kitchen, dining table, cozy sitting area and a double bed. A baby crib can be placed on request. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside, there is a lovely seating area. A wonderful base to relax and unwind! There are also plenty of activities nearby. For example, Wildlands Adventure Zoo is 5 km away.

Sleeping at the Sandman's - This apartment in a quiet residential area is the ideal base for exploring and cycling in northern Emsland. The apartment has its own entrance to the living area, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom for two people. There is also a small terrace. The apartment has floor tiles and PVC tiles in a wood look as well as electric blinds. Parking is possible on the street right in front of the entrance.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living space (>60m2) are equipped with separately adjustable airconditioners. Cot and chair on request. You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen.

Our studio has a quiet location, where you can relax and enjoy all the nature around you. We have made sure that everything is available for a pleasant stay! This has made the studio cozy and simple. This studio is suitable for two people from young to old, who especially share our passion for nature and consciously interact with the environment.

Come and "live in Valthe" with us, enjoy our cozy guesthouse "Liv". The guesthouse was completely newly built in 2019 and is modernly furnished. It has its own terrace in the adjacent garden. All practical and luxurious things that you can expect as a guest are provided. You can park your car in front of the residence.

We offer an apartment in 2 floors in the beautiful Hasetal. The location is ideal for long bike rides, canoe trips and much more.
