An old farmhouse from 1638, surrounded by whistling birds, rustling trees and greenery as far as the eye can see. A stone's throw away from the art town of Ootmarsum, adjacent to the most beautiful nature reserves full of cycling & hiking trails. (8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. De minimale boeking is 8 personen 2 nachten. Ben je met minder? Stuur dan eerst een bericht voordat je boekt. Eindschoonmaak tegen meerprijs indien gewenst

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Cozy, colorful, and rural decor, with all the necessary amenities in over 80m2 with a spacious bedroom. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun, peace and space. Ample parking next to your own entrance. For cyclists, there is a lockable bicycle shed where they can be recharged, so that one can explore the beautiful surroundings well.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.

The cottage is within cycling distance of Wildlands Adventure Zoo, Het Veenpark and the new IJstijden Fietspad. The cottage has 5 beds, but the space is better suited for 4 people or a family with 3 small children. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the 1st bedroom. Completely equipped with central heating.
