The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Upstairs a spacious room with king-size box spring and on the split level a complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. With rental of an electric boat right outside the door!

Hallo wij zijn Ronnie en Fransiska en samen met 4 kinderen 4 honden en nog meer dieren wonen wij op het platteland in Witharen. De woning staat bij ons op het erf maar afgescheiden en u kijkt vrij uit over de landerijen. Hij ligt centraal tussen het Reestdal en het vechtdal, in de buurt heeft u genoeg te doen en kunt u heerlijk rustig fietsen. Als u vragen heeft tijdens uw verblijf kunt u altijd bij ons terecht. In overleg is er veel mogelijke over het verblijf dus stuur gerust een berichtje

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Blijhof 2 met Wellness

Uniek verblijf met veel privacy en wellness faciliteiten. Deze bijzondere B&B bestaat uit twee aparte wagens. Op het terras is de houtgestookte tub met veel privacy. Op het terrein staat een sauna (houtgestookt). Naast het terras is een eigen vuurplaats. Het terrein van 2.500m2 omvat slechts 2 accomodaties. Twee km verderop het dorpje Nieuwleusen met bakker, supermarkt, eettentjes. Op 10 km is de Hanzestad Zwolle. Fietsen in het Staphorsterbos met natuurlijke zwemvijver is een aanrader.

The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. In short, peace, nature and culture.
