Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, the basilica of Vézelay. It is on one level, large (55 m2) and bright. You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with one child (baby equipment on request) and four-legged companions. Small inner courtyard common with the owner.

Rustic forge with spa & nature – Morvan

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates … Hikes from the house, games (balls, ping pong, badminton) and bike rental.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. Country house bordered by a large exterior to spend a weekend with friends or family in the heart of the Auxois countryside and on the border of Morvan. The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful little corner at Porte du Morvan. Nature lovers, you will be won over. Located near Chablis vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/ Ratilly/ Chastellux or Guédelon , Arcy caves. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility of adding a crib on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, dish towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Pets such as dogs and cats only allowed and 2 maximum.

Stay in the countryside (18km from Guédelon)

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly furnished and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space.
