From the terrace, you can run straight into the water. A delicious BBQ and hot tub + sauna are waiting for you. The recently renovated house, with 3 bedrooms, has a new bathroom and toilet. There is a young kitchen with dishwasher and combi oven. You can park your car at the house, and your bikes can be stored in the storage room of the house.

Come and enjoy this nice and unique place. A complete house. A spacious garden to play and enjoy the tranquility. Alone, with the two of you, the family, relatives, friends; very welcome. Take beautiful cycling and hiking tours in the floodplains. Close to the coziness of Nijmegen, shopping and eating out within 15 minutes by bike (2 bikes available). The house has a sleeping floor for 5 people, another cot can be added. There is a bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining table.

Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. The barn has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and amazing views of our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

A well-equipped kitchen with filter and cup coffee machine, kettle toaster, combi microwave and dishwasher (tablets available) as well as washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each with new mattresses 80/200 are already made up for you. Also there is a crib, folding bed and 1 high chair

The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
