The luxurious and stylish accommodation is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. It is not suitable for children under 12 or babies Breakfast can be requested in consultation for 15 euros per person per day.

The guesthouse, suitable for 3 guests, is located on the 1st floor of our barn, located at the back of our deep, free garden and has its own entrance. It consists of two (bed) rooms, a kitchenette and shower/toilet room. A place to dive in and relax. You have access to WiFi. On the driveway of our house, there is the possibility to park. Located in the city center, both bus and train transportation are within walking distance.

Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!
