Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nikiana

We had a fantastic stay at Akis's place! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with fresh water and fruit. The house itself is a gem, featuring a lovely garden and a central location. Everything you could need is just a minute's walk away, including markets, bakeries, coffee shops, fast food, and a bustling pedestrian area with restaurants and shops. The added convenience of a parking space in Lefkas town is a major bonus. Thank you, Akis, for everything. We had an amazing time at your home!

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

A very nice place. We arrived very late and even delayed but this was no problem at all. We had telephone contact and Chris quickly came to explain and escort us inside so that we could put our daughter to bed. It was very clean and the private pool was super. Now the second villa happened not to be rented, so even more privacy, but even if it were, you have enough privacy. Tip for the island: Rent a car. The cottage is a perfect point to go in all directions from there. The only tip is to have more tea towels and dishcloths for the kitchen.

Christina and Stavros were very kind, cheerful and communicative, we felt like we went to our relatives. The environment was spotless, in 10 steps you were in the most idyllic spot of Lygia Lefkada with excellent options to relax, eat well and swim. It will definitely be our first choice when we visit Lefkada again!!!

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic finale to our holiday! Beautiful style and so many thoughtful details from the welcome pack to the bread, only sadness is we didn’t get a chance to use the amazing BBQ but we hope to be back and invite the village! Christina also extremely helpful.

If you're looking for peace and tranquility in an immaculate home with killer views, Pure Blue cannot be beat. Athani is definitely off the beaten path and it is a beautiful village close to 3 of the most stunning beaches I've ever seen. A car is recommended to get to these beaches so plan accordingly! We would definitely book here again!

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing week in the preseason, in the midst of a fantastic landscape and scenery. Several locations were still closed - we enjoyed the hospitable local Greek cuisine all the more! The contact with Evi was very straightforward and friendly and her digital tips were very helpful. We can very well imagine a return!

Panos accommodated us really well and helpful. The apartment was really well maintained and in a great location. Hoping to return next year…..

I am very fussy. I spend hours perusing AirBnB looking for the perfect place.. THIS IS IT. Aspasia and her mother really care about their guests in a natural unobtrusive way. They are very special. The apartment is stylish but does not compromise on looks for comfort. It is very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. All basic cooking provisions and some lovely surprises! The sea is right outside and it is possible to swim there but a two minute walk along the edge of the sea will take you to a gently shelving sand/shingle beach where you can easily enter the sea. The sea was beautifully clear and we saw lots of fish. We stayed a week and had a hire car to go around the island (recommended). We are out in the taverna's close to the apartment every night and really enjoyed them. if you are looking to stay in Lefkada - Stay here.

The house is in a very good spot just outside Lefkada town so it is easy to access all areas of the island. It provides everything you need and is very clean. The hospitality was excellent, prompt response to any questions you may have. If I go back to Lefkada I will definitely prefer to stay there again.

Heaven on earth!!..Breathtaking views..so peaceful & surrounded by nature..A bright light pristine space indoors & outdoors is a space to chill & soak in the views for hours..Can’t rate it highly enough..& Natalie is wonderful & so helpful..We just fell in love with it!..

Lovely peaceful location up in the hills, Villa Del Sol is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beauty of Lefkada. With its central location, you can access all the beaches via car, with the best located on the west side of the island. The villa is comfortable, well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice veranda and terraced garden also provide lots of options for relaxing in the shade. Would thoroughly recommend.

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Rosebud. The villa is set out perfectly for a family and has everything you need. The children loved the pool area and there are different places to sit for breakfast lunch and dinner, to catch the sun & shade. It’s only a short walk down into Nikiana, we would walk early to pick up coffee and croissants from the delicious bakery. The beach is also nearby. We hired a boat from Pipis boats in the port, which was great and there are also good places to eat there. Evgenia is a wonderful host, we met briefly when we first arrived , she occasionally messaged to ask if we had everything we needed, which we did. Already planning our return next year!

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at the house. The views are simply spectacular and the space is stylish and comfortable inside. The surrounding area is incredible and the location is perfect for exploring the island. We had a few power outages due to the weather and Christina-Eleni couldn't have been more professional, proactive or responsive to solve any issues as quickly as possible. As we experienced all the weather possible (apart from snow) while we were there we can confirm that this house is perfect in all of them! In fact, watching the storm over the bay was our nightime entertainment. We will be back!
