Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Located on the left bank of Lorient, you are on the road to the beaches, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon and boarding for: The islands of Morbihan. Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, Île-aux-Moines, Groix, etc.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Folding stroller, baby bed and high chair on loan on request. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Baud and the 4-lane highway. 10 minutes' drive to Clos du Grand Val. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.

Vine Cottage is part of a 18th Century longhouse that has been lovingly restored. With vaulted ceiling and Breton fireplace you will feel "at home" the moment you walk in. Built in the early 1700's, it sits in the heart of Southern Brittany's most beautiful countryside. Sitting in an ancient stone hamlet on the edge of a forest it forms part of a conservation area, of which the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign.
