Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Ninth Ward

Located in the heart of Algiers Point, you can’t go wrong with Jim & Charlena’s place. They’ve done a wonderful job of curating the property to feel welcoming, bright, and comfortable. We felt right at home upon walking into their pristinely clean space. In addition to the property itself, Jim & Charlena were communicative hosts. Attentive but not imposing, we always knew we could reach out to them and receive timely and informative responses. All in all, we have nothing but positive things to say about our time here. We highly recommend Jim and Charlena’s place for anyone seeking a peaceful refuge, with quick access to all the action NOLA has to offer.

I loved staying here - walkable to the event I was attending and easy access to the street car. The apartment has all the amenities and suited me perfectly! I hope to stay here again when I return.

Absolutely love this place! Great view of downtown NOLA. Only about a twenty minute walk to Jazzfest! It was just what we needed, my pooch loved the yard to run around. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well!

Enjoyed our stay! We were originally set to check in Monday however due to last min changes, we asked the host if we could check in Sunday instead. The host responded right away & was flexible with us doing so. They also replied back quickly when we reached out twice asking them questions during our stay. Place was overall comfy. Would stay here again!

Everything about this stay was wonderful very close to bourbon street neighborhood was nice and quiet Richard was very responsive and the best part was the whole apartment I loved the floor he provided everything and I came prepared we didn’t need to buy anything definitely will book again thanks again Richard

Josh's place was perfect for a 5 day vacation for our family - there was plenty of space, extra linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us to be able to rest after long days of exploring the city. Josh was extremely responsive and was able to accommodate our late check-out request. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic stay at Jim‘s place in Bay St. Louis! Jim was very responsive to all of my questions. He was friendly and everything was exactly as described! Also appreciate that he and Mikki checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well . The house was so spacious and exactly as described. We fished every day off the dock and caught crabs in the traps provided. We had a great time and can’t wait to book it again! The house was also well stocked and they were plenty of items that you use every day. The private boat launch was great to have and I just can’t say enough about the pool and the game tables downstairs the whole environment was awesome!

The house was very clean, roomy and had plenty of accommodations. Super nice backyard and furniture. Looks even better than the photos! We had a group of 8 people, and it fit us all comfortably. Easy drive to the French Quarter, and very worth the price! The host was quick to respond and we were able to check in a little early upon request. Highly recommend!

Lovely home felt right at home. Anyone not from New Orleans may be alert looking at the street. It’s not the most desirable looking neighborhood yet it’s perfectly safe. Beautiful home, spacious master room, love the artwork throughout.

Tydy’s place was very clean and peaceful. This was my 1st AirBNB stay and Tydy made me comfortable with the process by answering all my questions. Great customer service.

Just an amazing place to stay! So beautiful and Wayne was super responsive, he replied very quickly when I requested a last min booking because my daughter graduated from bmt and we were passing through. Would 100% recommend this lovely home away from home.

Jacob was a super host. My wife and I were in town wife our four kids ( 22 to 16). Property is very comfortable throughout. Yard, back porch, and front porch were as advertised. We were able to visit with friends and family in comfort. Dog friendly and our dog loved the back yard. Will definitely be back in future when we are in Waveland/BSL to visit. Big thumbs up to a very functional floor plan and relaxing property.
