Relax at this peaceful place .Secluded on 42 acres and located 12 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir. The lake has an area of 185,000 acres and is known for its large mouth bass fishing. Bring your bass boat or rv there is plenty of room. We have electric and water for your rv hook-up . There are free range chickens, and 2 historic buildings on-site. One of them was once a drug store where you would pull up with a horse and buggy.The other house was built in 1850. There is new internet service .

Pleasant Hill is a small town located in Sabine Parish. It’s home to Pleasant Hill High School and the Battle of Pleasant Hill held the 2nd weekend in April. It is a great location to stay and experience Toledo Bend. Fishermen, hunters and groups working from out of town are welcome. We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!
