Matt and Janice had this cute home ready and decorated for my daughter’s graduation from OU. The congratulations decorations were a kind touch. Our dog Boomer enjoyed the Boomer Sooner house as well. Thank you Matt and Janice!

From the thoughtful details to the peaceful atmosphere, everything about it makes you feel at home. The host, Diane, is incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. We were lucky to return for our first wedding anniversary, and it was just as magical as the first time we stayed. Highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a cozy and meaningful getaway!

My family and I absolutely loved this charming house! This was a great choice, as it was so peaceful and serene! The house is extremely spacious and has so much charm! The bed was extremely comfortable. I actually think we slept better on that bed than our own! The showers are wonderful too. We made use of the washer and dryer during our stay, which was great. The park across the street was so neat and beautiful! One of the best parts, in our opinion, was the garage! That was especially wonderful to be able to utilize. Ginger was such a great person to deal with! She was always quick to answer and went above and beyond whenever we asked anything! For example: when we arrived, the city had the alley blocked off, unbeknowst to Ginger and we were unable to access the garage. She called around immediately and found out what was going on. She had the problem taken care of in no time! She was amazing to rent from! We recommend this property and Ginger wholeheartedly!

It was a beautiful, quiet place to stay in my hometown of Noble. Communication with Jimmy was great, I would call him an exceptional host. The house was so cute and very clean. I would love the chance to stay there again
