With a modern bathroom equipped with Rituals shower products. Through the driveway and garden of the adjacent house, you enter this cozy residence. Very centrally located! Beach (600m, 7min walk), restaurants, swimming pool, mini golf and shops are within walking distance. All the ingredients for a wonderful stay on the coast!

On the first floor there is a double bed (160cmx200cm), bathroom, toilet, a closet and airconditioning.
