The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Gelegen op het kindvriendelijk Kijkduinpark, met binnenzwembad, 600 meter van het strand, 1 km via duinen naar de gezellige boulevard van Kijkduin, 9km naar het centrum van Den Haag, mooie fietsroutes naar Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Here, your day begins with the gentle sound of the water and ends indoors by the wood-burning stove or outdoors in the evening sun with a barbecue in the bamboo garden. Heerlijk vrijstaand huisje met 500m2 tuin bij strand en Zee! Tuin is af te sluiten. 10 minuten fietsen tot het strand of 25 min. lopen. Parkeren op eigen terrein bij het huisje. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
