In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. Der „Oll Kohstall“ besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich mit altem Ständerwerk, drei charmanten Schlafzimmern, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten, ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche und einer Küche im besonderen Design. Das großzügige Grundstück lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

Both the beach in Norddeich and the cute city center of Norden can be reached in a few minutes by bike.

Located in a direct location to the marina Norddeich. The ferry terminal to Norderney and Juist as well as Norddeich Mole train station is a few minutes' walk (400 m).
