We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: Living in an extraordinary ambience. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, shower room. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, until the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north along the water...

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Right on the dike! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex and has a covered balcony in southwest orientation. The premises consist of a living/dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a private car parking space (no. 34) as well as a shared outdoor storage room. There is also a laundry room in the complex, where coin washing machines and coin laundry dryers can be used.

In Norden-Ostermarsch we live quietly , but reach the beaches of Norddeich or Neßmersiel in 8 km each. Beautiful bike rides can be started from here. For your bicycles, there is a lockable room. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette . No pets are permitted by us.
