We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

The premises consist of a living/dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a private car parking space (no. 34) as well as a shared outdoor storage room. There is also a laundry room in the complex, where coin washing machines and coin laundry dryers can be used.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

In Norden-Ostermarsch we live quietly , but reach the beaches of Norddeich or Neßmersiel in 8 km each. Beautiful bike rides can be started from here. For your bicycles, there is a lockable room. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette . No pets are permitted by us.
