Das liebevoll eingerichtete "Greetsieler Inselhuus"der Familie Römer bietet eine ausgezeichnete Lage im romantischen Fischerdorf Greetsiel. Ruhig gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich kann man hier seinen Urlaub genießen und den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die Ferienwohnung "Westwind"liegt im Obergeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu3 Personen. Das besondere HIghlight der Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Deich, den man vom Bakon aus genießen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheim Landhausstil und bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit dem angrenzenden Balkon zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Einzelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Wenige Gehminuten vom lebhaften Inseldorf entfernt, ideal für den Einkaufsbummel und Ihre Restaurantbesuche, bietet die Lage unserer sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung erholsame Ruhe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with a view of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

On the approximately 75 m² of living space, a large living/kitchen area with a cozy couch, a large dining table and a fully equipped fitted kitchen awaits you. The two bedrooms on the same level are each equipped with a double bed. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and includes two single beds. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower In the storage room you will find a washer/dryer, a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
