It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Private courtyard with dining area, barbecue and fire pit, the lawn garden itself is our private. Approx. 500 meters to the water and 800 meters to the beach with bridge. At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful views of both fields and forest. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and the fire in the wood stove. You must therefore be a little careful with your consumption - in return you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
