Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. Fra vinduskarmen kan du følge med på surferne i bølgene eller studere ørna som svever utfor bratte fjellsider. Herfra kan du nærmest hoppe rett i havet med våtdrakt og surfebrett. Rett utforbi døra kan du følge turstier til utsiktspunktet på Hushornet, spektakulære Hovden eller ta runden rundt Ervikvatnet.

If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!
