The way up is a nice ride, a bit heavy for some lots. Recommend to go up before dark. Remember good shoes and warm clothes. Very good sunny conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be disposed of, including a boat with electric outboard motor and canoe. It's a land and child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out is the good depth ratio. A new floating bridge has been built. New weber gas grill. Great fishing opportunities. Forest cabin by the lake

Cabin without electricity and running water/drainage. Take a trip to Svingom on Holleia. Here you will have a cozy cabin with simple standards! In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the barrier, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in forest waters around. Holleia offers amazing hikes for those who want to walk short and far. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

Forest cabin in Drammensmarka (Strømsåsen)

A getaway in the forest, with a short distance from the city. No road access, but about 40 min. on foot or on skis from the gate. The barrier is reached by car or public transport. Enjoy a stay with recreation and rest, away from a busy everyday life. A simple cabin with wood stove, outdoor toilet and drinking water on a can, with Wi-Fi and electricity from solar cells. The area offers beautiful pine forest and miles of hiking trails. Feel the pulse rise in the counter hills - or slow down and just let your mind with fire on the fire pit on the deck.

Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.
