The apartment is situated in the best part of Oslo, nicely equipped and keeps a very high standard. The apt and area has a lot to offer, with a great view of the Oslofjord, central location, easily reachable by walk, busses & trams. Large ground floor flat (no stairs) with two bedrooms (2*2.10 m and 1.50*2m beds). Fully equipped, heated floors in all rooms except kitchen. Laundry room. Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.

RELAX in my 54 sqm unique, top roof apartment. A CHILL and private vibe. No personal clutter, THIS SPACE IS only for YOU. Lots of flowers and day light (with outside blinders to darken). With elevator travelling is easy! 12 min walk from Oslo S (train station- airport. Possibly to rent safe indoor parking. Exlusive standard with double bed, fully equiped kitchen, dining table, washing machine, bed linen, towls and all you need! Located on top-floor in new building with access to fantastic roof terrace with sun deck, barbecue and magnificent view of the city. Walking distance to Central Station, Karl Johan Street and all attrections. Plenty of shopping and dining options just around the corner.

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
