For an urban stay this place is ideally located and very comfortable. The building is secure, all appliances are modern, good lighting, basic supplies in both kitchen, laundry, bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay here, the home was beautifully furnished and very clean. Located in a peaceful district of Oslo, it was very easy to get into the centre of Oslo walking, via tram or using Oslo Bikes (Oslo Bysykkel). Check in/out was very easy and clear. There were balconies on the front and rear of the home for us to enjoy the sunshine at all times of day. Thank you for a wonderful stay Oda

Very nice house, super equipped kitchen with every tool. 15 minutes walk from downtown, better beds I've ever slept in.

Tessie and Samir's place is a great place in Oslo. The location is near a river that lead us straight to downtown if you are up for a nice walk. The place itself is nice with all amenity you would need and the beds are comfy. Checkin and checkout are very convenient and Tessie is super responsive. Highly recommend their place if you are staying in Oslo.

The Rose Retreat was perfect for our group of 6. It was very clean with plenty of space, comfy beds and lots of linens. Both bathrooms are in the basement, but they are spacious and clean with all the necessities. The upper floor has great light and views to the surrounding neighborhood. Silje gave us excellent information on using Bolt and Ruter to get around Oslo, which was very convenient. We were also able to check in early - very nice when flying in from the US. Would highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located apartment/ house. With a beautiful view of the wooded mountains. Large, cozy and equipped with everything. Camilla is a very friendly and helpful woman. The metro that runs to the center of Oslo is a 5-minute walk away.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

Very comfortable with private and common spaces for our multi-gen family of 7. Good access to transport. Nice availability groceries and restaurants. Short ride to city center. Hosts clearly wanted us to enjoy their home as they do and were very responsive. Note that house has three floors with lots of steps. Also top floor bedroom has slanted ceiling, low at some points. Loved our stay as a comfy spot to recover from travel and explore Oslo. Highly recommend.

Quiet location, incredibly cozily furnished/partly nostalgic. In a few minutes by bus (and then by ferry to Oslo) and at the grocery store or down on the coast. Rushing stream on the premises.

Kawa and Marianne are two of the nicest, most helpful people we've ever met on our travels. They treated us like friends and went far out of their way to help us in any way we needed. Staying with them was a real pleasure. The apartment is comfortable, well heated and has a great location with good access to public transport. We will miss the place. We rented the apartment for a weekend when we were going on an anniversary in the neighborhood. It is a big and nice apartment with a lot of daylight and all you need of equipment, just great! Sylvi responded quickly to my questions prior to arrival, easy check in and out. Recommend this apartment in a quiet and scenic area, we would love to come again :)

We traveled with our 1.5 years old baby and it was perfect! The apartment is in a gated building, which felt very secure. There is a ramp at the entrance of the building, and the elevator was big enough for our compact stroller. The Host kindly had a travel cot ready for our kid and they also left a high chair. Another high chair was also available for older kids. There is an open wardrobe right at the entrance of the apartment that was great to leave the stroller and/or suitcases, so they were not in the way. The bathroom is very spacious and the water pressure was great! The apartment is super bright, which we loved! Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, and the mattress was comfortable. Communication with the Hosts was very good, always responsive, friendly and helpful. This is heir family home, so it has a lot of personal touches. We would love to come back!

Fantastic apartment in a super stylish area of Oslo. Great local restaurants, on the doorstep of the Astrup Fearnley museum with easy bus/tram links. Being right on the fiord was a treat for both walks and the view. Thief Spa next door was fab. Host Stefan went above and beyond. Highly recommend both the apartment and Oslo itself.
