Décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, la Ferme de la Boétie est louée en intégralité. Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes et 3 enfants (lit d'appoint au RDC et 2 lits bébés sur demande).

Clairseine - Beautiful cottage on the Seine river

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

La Petite Passière, maison de campagne normande

On vient séjourner à "La Petite Passière" pour sa situation, dans un jardin à l'anglaise de 3 hectares, blotti au coeur des prairies et des forets de la vallée d'Exmes, diamant du pays d'Auge. On y goûte ainsi l'air pur et le calme d'une nature préservée, offrant des paysages exceptionnels à 360 degrés. Cependant, on y demeure aussi pour le confort et la qualité des équipements de cet un ancien corps de ferme du 18ème siècle, entièrement rénové dans le respect de son charme d'origine.

Épurée, la cabane vous offrira des moments (et des couleurs) d'une beauté rare pour vous ressourcer seul, en famille ou entre amis et profiter: randonnée, gastronomie, kite surf, parapente, pêche ou simplement vivre la nature, le rythme des marées et le repos. Il parait qu'après avoir dormi dans des draps en lin on ne s'en passe plus. Sa luminosité et son isolation phonique la rendent particulièrement très agréable aussi en plein hiver.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
