The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Go for a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, simpler rowing boat and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cottage nearby sea and forest.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
