Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Auburn

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly communicative from the start and full of helpful information and tips that made our trip even smoother. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the nature. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged with convenience in mind. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Our group of pickleball friends had a fantastic long weekend at Cynthia’s! We visited so many pickleball courts nearby, and mid-day we cooled down and relaxed by the pool. Cynthia’s home was the perfect place for us, very spacious, super comfortable and very accessible to all kind of eateries and activities. It was a plus that each room had direct access to the backyard, so we can all come and go outside however we pleased without disrupting the rest of the group, especially our friend who was sleeping in the pull-out couch. He said it was a comfy one too! Thank you, Cynthia, for making us feel so welcome!

That area of Colfax is just such a nice part of the Sierra Foothills. This house is very nice, quiet, everything works, and is in a peaceful wooded area, just enough remote to be private but yet not too far to drive from shops, restaurants and access to Fwy 80.

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

This place is a hidden gem and the price was amazing for a place like this. The scenery was great, the privacy was amazing, the fresh air, the lake etc...it was super relaxing. My wife and I loved our time there for her birthday and we didn't want to leave 😭😭 It was the perfect getaway spot away from our busy lives with work and much more. Also Tod was an amazing host and super responsive during our stay there. I reccomend this place a lot. My wife and I will be coming back again and plenty more hehe

Nicole’s home was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast on the covered patio out back. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to shopping, great restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay again if ever in Folsom or the Sacramento area!

This is our third stay at the Atomic Lounge - it's a favorite. It's a small one-bedroom flat, with high ceilings, on the second floor (separate entrance) of a classic old house just a block from the center of activity in lovely, historic Grass Valley. The whimsical 1950's sci-fi wall decor is the "Atomic" part, but the main feeling of the place is cozy cozy cozy. There is a bit of traffic noise from time to time, but small price for being a short walking distance from restaurants, art centers, historic places, etc. A parking place is provided right in the driveway; punch the door code and you're in - couldn't be more convenient. William also just installed a new cooling/heating system that quietly and gently keeps the temperature just where you want it. Super clean, well lit - top notch.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

Vintage 1857 cottage is gem and stepping through the front door was eye-popping! Cozy, charming, and historic describes the space perfectly. The kitchen is fully set up for cooking with every possible amenity. Both beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was well-stocked, and we felt at home right away. On request, Rebecca set up a lovely welcome bottle of champagne for our celebration and supplied a few breakfast items for the morning. Outstanding service and communication! The tiny, historic town of Amador City is adorable with a few quaint restaurants, cute shops, a small museum, and near hiking trails. A perfect location from which to visit the string of historic gold mining towns along highway 49. Would love to stay again! Thank you, Rebecca!

I am a nurse and needed to decompress and Lori, her husband, and Linda were amazing! This apartment was spotless private and clean! I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Peggy was great & her unit, though small, was uncluttered , very comfortable & very well stocked. The crowning feature was the lovely, peaceful & cool backyard. Our 4 year old granddaughter lived visiting

Booked this at the last minute for a quick one night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in within the hour. When we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the property, so well kept, peaceful and inviting. The place is so serene, and everything about it made us wish we could stay longer. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and spacious with everything we could have needed. We hope to come back when we can stay longer.

We had a fabulous time and the back yard / pool area was a perfect setting for my large bachelorette. It seemed the host was anxious about having a group our size (23 women) yet did not list anywhere a maximum number of guests on the listing. It seemed we earned their trust through the stay though. Initially it felt awkward to have to text the host for things like turning on the hot tub or outdoor lights or pool slide, but they were pretty fast in response time and it ended up feeling pretty easy. Wish the kitchen would have had more kitchen towels, seems maybe not set up for full on dinner party use - but they did bring trash bags and replace the outside grill upon our request, which was impressive. Overall a positive experience! The grotto was lots of fun - we never left the property all weekend.

I wish we could give 6 stars! This was even better than the photos (which are already stellar). And the stocked fridge and pantry could not have been a kinder, more generous gesture!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Ben and his team went above and beyond to make our stay at the Hart House incredibly cozy and relaxing. The home had everything we could possibly need, from super comfortable beds to a beautifully curated space surrounded by stunning nature and charming wildlife. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. My only small note is that I couldn’t locate the first aid kit when I needed a Band-Aid—but honestly, that’s such a minor thing in an otherwise perfect getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and I’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone! Thank you, Ben!

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

Beautiful place! The house was everything as described by Jimmy and as mentioned in the reviews. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy the house much due to being in Sacramento for a funeral. Jimmy was very responsive. He quickly responded to a question I had.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ITS A WHOLE VIBE!!! Great for a Girls’ Trip! We had a group of 10 ladies for a girls' getaway, and this place was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to enjoy, and the pool house was spacious—great for relaxing together. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the whole house was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels, serving dishes, and everything we needed to cook and hang out. It really felt like a home away from home. It’s peaceful and quiet out in the country, but still just a short drive to stores and shopping. The BBQ grill was a nice bonus for outdoor meals. Thank you, Brendan, for being a great host and making sure everything was just right. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful spacious log home The views are gorgeous that over look the valley. Sunrise and sunset are amazing . We saw a herd of about 20 deer pass through the bottom of the property. You can also see the valley lights from the deck at night. We loved the deck for morning and evening coffee. The jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of skiing at Kirkwood This is a beautiful home for any gathering , spa retreat , weddings or any type of reception. The home would be easily catered with as there is ample dishes. There is plenty of parking space and a car port entry for guests arriving to the property. The master bedroom is spa quality with a deep jacuzzi tub and large dual shower. All of the amenities are top quality. Everything was in perfect condition and we were even welcomed with juice for the kids and a cold beer for the adults. A small intimate wedding over looking the valley below would be a picture perfect setting. We can’t wait to hold our next birthday here.
