Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Austin

Jenny's place is great -- all updated with nice appliances, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. It's a quiet neighborhood, and located close to restaurants and a grocery store. Highly recommend renting here for your next trip to Austin. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back again next year!

Thoughtfully designed & clean/cozy casita. Check in was smooth, parking was easy, neighborhood was quiet, & hosts were wonderfully responsive. The Tempur-Pedic king bed was the cherry on top! Would recommend to anyone wanting a clean, comfy, & cozy stay very central to Austin!

Backyard was comfortable, had shade, we spent morning coffee time There!

Anastasia’s Casita was so cute and perfect for a girls’ weekend. She was friendly, helpful, and responded to our messages super fast. The house was adorable and we loved the cozy feel of it!

The accommodations were excellent and clean. The location is terrific with proximity to the Domain for restaurants and shopping! The safe private yard was great if you are traveling with a pet. Jayla was very helpful in helping me resolve a booking error on my part prior to my stay- much appreciated!

We had an incredible 2-week stay! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Chenica was super responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciated the little extras like coffee and popcorn—such a thoughtful touch! You truly can’t beat the location—everything from top-notch restaurants and cozy pubs to a fantastic shopping scene all just steps away. I’ll absolutely be staying here again soon. Highly recommend! She made everything smooth from check-in to check-out, always quick to reply and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. The place itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It felt like a true home away from home—cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in every way. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best possible spot to stay in! Every night around 9 grew quiet and peaceful as all the surrounding stores were closing. There are endless activities to do in and around the Domain, it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay. The only confusion was figuring out how to get to the pool, but our host Flor never failed to answer any questions or concerns!

Elaziel's unit had no disappointments. Great location, great layout, great amenities. Host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend to stay at this unit whenever you're in Downtown Austin! Thanks for the Austin hospitality!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

Had a great stay! The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The pool area was clean and relaxing—definitely a highlight. Parking was simple and stress-free, which isn’t always the case with other places. Overall, a really nice and comfortable spot to stay. Would definitely recommend!
