On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Our one bedroom two bathroom resort condominium is sleek, modern and full of comfort. This condominium accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, loveseat and plenty of room for everything you’ve packed for the perfect getaway. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Clean, top floor condo with private balcony and an exceptional view of the beach and water. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach and visit some attractions. Or go windsurfing or kite boarding. There have been major renovations going on at the complex since 2022. However the elevator has not been replaced yet and is out of service occasionally. The staircase is close to the beach and water.
