This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488
