Holiday rentals with a patio in North East Derbyshire District

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

Great find, accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Really quirky, clean property, and welcome crumpets for breakfast, Thank you Kirsty! Just be aware, there is quite a steep hill to climb to get to the properly if you walk into Matlock. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for some. Great pubs and pizza take away right across the street. We will definitely reccommend.

Steve is a fantastic host. The building was safe and secure. The apartment is a warm and inviting clean space with lots of extras I didn’t expect; such as extra towels, shampoo and shower gel and a fantastically well equipped kitchen, you won’t be disappointed with this place! It even has a balcony! Steve was very friendly and helpful with lots of information and ideas for our visit, nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use again

Lovely hillside spot in Matlock Bath with views over the valley. Spacious property and well equipped kitchen made it a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Lesley’s place is perfect for a getaway in the High Peaks. It’s clean and comfortable and has all the amenities required. The shower pressure is good and the kitchen is a nice space to cook in. Check-in and out was smooth with really clear instructions. Best of all, Lesley is so friendly with local recommendations and is very responsive if anything is needed. I was staying with my father so I slept on the couch while he took the bedroom and it’s definitely comfortable enough to sleep on. Lesley provided extra linen for this. We were there during very hot days and Lesley put in an extra fan and did everything she could to keep us cool. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. An amazing property close to everything Nottingham has to offer. A lovely place to enjoy a few nights away, felt so at home. Would happily recommend and will return in the future.

Rose Cottage was excellent. The house was comfortable, beautifully furnished throughout and set in a lovely rural location. Easy to walk from the property with several village pubs and unspoilt paths making Rose Cottage an ideal base. The Garden and patio area was a great place to relax with fantastic views. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Vicky & Alex’s cottage. The house was fantastically equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with high quality linens. Perfect for a girly hiking weekend away! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Great house with everything we needed. Great value

This way our second visit here to this property (with family and two dogs first time, and with friends and one dog this time), and The Lodge offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. Usefully, there is also driveway parking for our three vehicles. Teresa is responsive to queries and provides timely information, and booking here supports a charitable cause too , which is commendable. The Lodge is in a good location for visiting Matlock Bath, the excellent Crich Tramway Museum, and not too far to drive to some good walks and locations in the Peak District. We will definitely be coming back again to The Lodge! Elaine

Loved the cottage! Beautiful location and plenty of walks just outside the doorstep. The cottage had all the features you would want and very cosy. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog as well. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great home which the techs really enjoyed staying at and described it a "home from home"

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Lovely flat - quiet, comfortable bed, friendly setting - and in a cool and leafy part of Sheffield. The nearby park with amazing views was the icing on the cake. Pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Friendly and very un intrusive hosts. Highly recommended. Best place we’ve stayed in Sheffield by a long way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angus is a fabulous host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His home is absolutely stunning, with decor that’s truly to die for. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel instantly at home. Wirksworth is a charming village, full of independent shops and cosy cafés. As first time visitors to the Derbyshire Dales, this was the perfect introduction, and we’re already looking forward to returning soon.

I booked out this property on short notice to host a party of 8 for my girlfriend’s Birthday and our experience was 10/10! The hosts David & Sarah both had swift responses to any questions I had. The property was amazing inside and spacious enough to house us all. Check in/out was seamless. Buxton town centre was less than a 10 minute walk away too, so perfect location. I’ve already recommended to many other friends and family. Thank you to David & Sarah for allowing me to make this weekend as special as I wanted it to be 😊

The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. The two double rooms provided plenty of space. The lounge furniture was very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with good-sized table. Kitchen door could do with a blind for privacy. A very pleasant stay, thank you.

The apartment is very central, with many restaurants and supermarkets around, walking distance to the train station (about 15-20 mins). The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Nick is very helpful throughout the whole process. We would love to book it again the next time we go to Sheffield!
