"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

Locust Street Cottage

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Built in 1830 and lovingly renovated for now, it’s a slice of Vicksburg’s past. The Old Courthouse museum is visible from the back courtyard and the historic downtown is just a short walk. There’s a brewery and several unique restaurants just a few blocks away in the downtown with fun shopping close by. Casinos and the National Military Park are just a short drive. Has a desk, if needed and internet provided.

Rooster Ridge

Rooster Ridge (owned and operated by Laughing Rooster, LLC) is a rustic cabin with many of the comforts and amenities of home. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Grand Historic Home in the Heart of Town

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, with two queen sized air mattresses available on request. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

La Boheme Cottage # 3

This cottage is located in the Garden District of Vicksburg on the grounds of the Historic Home Flowerree. It should be fully equipped is everything you need hot water, air-conditioning, towels, and even the laundry room available. It has a charming ambiance and design. We have private off street parking. The Cottage is located a short distance from dining, shopping, galleries and museums.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
