Beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of the country. Enjoyed our stay - appreciated all the added extra touches like the welcome basket and leaving some ice in the freezer for us. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Kitchen fully equipped. Shower pressure excellent and beds comfortable.

lion's den offers central accommodation in Holt so great access to all shops and restaurants. that said you will hear all of Holt if you open the window but it is double glazed so is not a problem. Nice town worth a visit great period property to stay. Nice and clean good communication. Thanks.

There are great views from this well appointed apartment, where the huge skies of Norfolk can be appreciated to the full. This provided an ideal base for a three generation holiday which included our 17 month old grandson. The apartment was clean and well organised. The bedrooms are a comfortable size. Having two bathrooms was an advantage. The sitting room was spacious, with table and chairs in the window for dining. Emily and Jack are excellent hosts and most responsive to any enquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay; the coachouse was ideally located, pristine and comfortable. Our hosts, Mary and Bill (owners) were extremely thoughtful, leaving toys, books and baby friendly items (high chair, stairgate etc) and all the extra essentials (breakfast items, milk, spreads) to help us get settled straight in. This has been quite possibly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in through Airbnb and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Clockhouse. The place was very comfortable and spacious enough. Bed was very comfortable too. Location was ideal to get to Cromer just within 7 minutes. I must mention the garden. It was soo beautiful and cared for. It made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend Graham’s place and if we decide to visit the area again I will be looking to book the Clockhouse again.

A gorgeous stay at Andrew’s in Cromer. My young family and I had a great time. Stayed 5 nights and plenty to do and see whilst in Norfolk. Fantastic location and lots of space indoors for our 2 young kids and our dog to relax/ play in the courtyard area. The welcome treats were a lovely surprise and we had everything we needed in the apartment. Beds were really comfy and rooms were spacious. Friendly next door neighbours too. The apartment was bigger than we expected and everything was lovely and clean. Andrew was a great host with some fab recommendations. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely beach stay in Cromer.

We had a wonderful stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and welcoming, with useful information at hand. It had everything we needed and was just right for visiting family in the area. It was great that we were able to take our small dog with us and had some lovely walks in the area.

We loved our stay at Chris's apartment! Its in a beautiful part of Norwich, lots of great places nearby and walkable to the city centre. Everything was super comfortable, the place is really cool from a design perspective and appreciated a full stocked kitchen (spices, oil etc) for cooking. A note that the light gets into the bedroom pretty easily but I always travel with an eye mask and ear plugs - so would recommend that if you're a sensitive sleeper.

The annex was easy to find with clear, helpful instructions. The surroundings were lovely and all the facilities were just as described, absolutely great. We had a fantastic nights sleep ready for our onward journey. There were lovely little extras waiting for us on arrival and one beautiful dog, Mabel who came over for cuddles. Thank you for letting us stay.

A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend. The owners were very informative. Accommodation was exactly as described and its location was spot on for all the restaurants, bars and shops.

enjoyed our stay from start to finish, we're quite private people and even though it's at the side of Laura's garden we didn't notice ! toiletries and kitchen staples are a lovely touch . you could come here with just a change of clothes and not want for anything. excellent location for the train to Norwich in just 20 minutes.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Michelles apartment in Stalham. Travelled as a couple with our 11 year old daughter and looking forward to returning already. We were looking for a base to explore the Broads and Beaches and this place was perfect with so many things in easy reach, yet still in a peaceful location. Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice local pub and supermarket within 10 minute walk. Michelle was a pleasure to book with. Thankyou!

We enjoyed our stay at Cromer Country club. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed with our two young children and they provided two travel cots and two high chairs and even some children’s plates dishes and crockery which was really useful! The apartment was cosy if a little dated, but we understand the property is currently undergoing a renovation program. We appreciated the amenities and visited the pool, sauna etc which looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and had good quality pots and pans for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds which was great. It was also useful to have toiletries provided. A smart TV would have been handy.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!
