Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, under the big skies of Norfolk. Barbecue over the fire pit whilst drinking sun-downers in this beautiful spot on our farm. Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. Our home away from home, we have lovingly restored to relax and make memories to treasure during your stay. Come and stay at Tickers to blow the cobwebs away, enjoy the amazing scenery, delicious food and coastal path walks which are accessed from the back door! Relax with our roaring log burner or a bath to soak in after a long day on the beach. Small enclosed gardens to front and rear of the property. Off street parking is available behind the house on a first come first served basis.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.
