Our sunny 1930's bungalow is ready to welcome you for a traditional seaside holiday! Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Our home away from home, we have lovingly restored to relax and make memories to treasure during your stay. Come and stay at Tickers to blow the cobwebs away, enjoy the amazing scenery, delicious food and coastal path walks which are accessed from the back door! Relax with our roaring log burner or a bath to soak in after a long day on the beach. Small enclosed gardens to front and rear of the property. Off street parking is available behind the house on a first come first served basis.

Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.
