The Blue Door Bungalow is a charming 2400 sq.ft., 2 story home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It sits on approximately 4 acres of land with a large backyard that has many fruit trees, blueberry bushes, grape vines, and pecan trees. Enjoy coffee or cocktails in the sunroom. Although we have AMAZING restaurants, the kitchen is fully equipped for a night in. The home is about a mile from Kiptopeke State Park and 9 miles from the heart of Cape Charles. Both have public boat ramps and beaches.

Beautiful home in Cherrystone, just 10 min drive to Cape Charles. Very convenient with all the perks of a well stocked kitchen, hot tub, & yard games. The home was large enough for our 8 guest, offering several spaces to relax. Our favorite spot was the kitchen table & outdoor spaces! The home was very clean, offered beach towels & all basic household supplies. We will definitely be back!

The Catch of the Cape- Family friendly, big yard

OBSESSED with this place and Cape Charles! The house was really very large. We had 6 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of room and sleeping areas. The house was immaculate, was lots of fun, and had everything you need, and the yard was amazing--firepit (with wood), string lights, big yard for kids to run around, quiet/calm street, and a park down the street. The beach is definitely walk-able, but there is also plenty of parking of you have a lot of stuff to bring. Emily was EXTREMELY responsive and kind, including a response back immediately when we messaged at 8 PM asking about a light switch. And Cape Charles is absolutely amazing. If you have never been, you need to go. The beach is shallow (great for kids) and very clean, all the other people were very nice, tons of fun restaurants, ice cream places, and breweries/distilleries. This house, this host, and this beach are absolutely amazing, and we will be back!!

Charming Cape Charles Vacation Rental Home!

We had two cars arriving at two different times with some crazy storms and yet the check-in was a breeze. We had long beach days and then came back to cook hearty meals in a clean and equipped kitchen, chef's dream. We also loved sitting around the kitchen table playing games from their collection. The rooms upstairs had super comfy beds with fresh linens. All bathrooms were full bathrooms which really helped accommodate all of us. They were we also pristine and clean. Even though we spent most of the sun-time at the beach and rain-time at the home, the backyard was large and lush. It would be perfect space to escape and read a book or go play tag. It was a perfect spot for a family to gather to reconnect and relax. I would definitely return for a future getaway.
