A Perfect Waterfront Getaway: Cozy, Clean, and Family-Friendly with an Exceptional Host! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the waterfront location, offering serene views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The home itself was very clean, which is always a top priority, and it was evident that great care is taken to maintain a spotless environment for guests. The helpful host truly made our experience exceptional. Communication was prompt and clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, whenever required. This level of hospitality significantly enhanced our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a dream for preparing meals. It had everything one could possibly need, from essential cookware and utensils to a good range of appliances. We particularly valued how child friendly We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming waterfront escape with excellent amen

The house was sparkling clean, attractively furnished and handicapped friendly. The gourmet kitchen was beautifully equipped and well laid out for the preparation of large group meals. Outdoors, the well equipped porch faced a lovely wild butterfly meadow but that was only the start of the outdoor treats. The nearby woods hosted lovely warblers and cuckoos. The famous Bruce alvars and fens were present on the property – a short walk down an easy path – or even at the edge of the driveway. The host responded promptly and effectively to all our questions and needs. All in all a delightful week.

First and foremost, I want to thank Brandon for accommodating my friends and me for this trip, as it was very hard to find a place to stay and that as well was very beautiful, clean and had amazing amenities. In the place we get to use kayaking and especially the transparent canoe; very amazing and memorable experiences! Furthermore, down the street towards the town, you get to have one of the best and beautiful sunrises in life. It has a river with a mini waterfall. Also, the town is 15 minutes away by e-scooter or 5 minutes by car and has all the necessities needed when something is missing. Neighbours were friendly, open, mindful and caring. Everything that was provided in place was amazing, beds were clean and comfortable. My friends and I are very thankful for the extra bedsheets Brandon dropped off for us as some of my friends were quite sensitive to cold temperatures. Overall, must book and will come back again and explore more of the Bruce Peninsula. THANK YOUUUU BRNDON!!!!!!

I cannot recommend staying here enough if you are planning a trip to Tobermory! Joyce was such an incredible host and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a very relaxing weekend. She was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay with information on anything we needed! The home was so clean and comfortable, with essentials and so much more included! You will feel right at home!! The backyard had a beautiful view and such a nice patio and fire pit to enjoy! This place is everything you could want and more! 10000000/10!!!

We had an amazing stay at Jane and Steve’s place! They were very warm and were always accommodating and ensuring our stay was going well. Jane even ensured we got to our trail start and end one day. Everything about the “loft” was comfortable, the banana bread was amazing and it felt like we were visiting old friends. Thanks so much for helping to make a rainy cold weekend enjoyable!

I stayed with my family at Tricia's place for 2 nights. We were blown away from the moment we drove into the driveway. It was secluded yet so close to downtown. Enjoyed bonfire and barbecues at night. Everyone who saw the pictures are already asking about the place and looking to book it for their own trips. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay. Close to Southhampton downtown area and a very close walk to the beach. Place was very spacious, breezy (well ventilated with many windows), bright, clean & tidy, well appointed (pillows, sheets, cooking items, games, tv /subscriptions) and so very cozy! Loved the kitchen/living space on the second floor- great use of space and a good separation when some of us wanted to stay up, while others wanted to go to sleep on first floor. Thank you so much for this wonderful home base!

Dorothy's was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. The entire space is super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view of the forest and the firepit area make it a serene and relaxing environment to spend a weekend away.

The gardens and creek were just lovely…the apartment was clean & pretty much had all I needed. In particular the bed was excellent- had a great sleep. Would stay here again, if needed. Wendy was easy to communicate with & prompt with her replies & very accommodating to my schedule. Thank you, Wendy!

Cathy was an exceptional host! The accommodations were so beautiful, so much love and hard work put in to making it a cozy place to stay. Bed was huge and comfy. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Hot tub was relaxing and private. We want to come back and try one of her other suites.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's place. The surroundings were very peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to all amenities. We were in the area for a fastball tournament, and this accommodation was a much nicer option than a hotel or motel. We utilized the kitchen to prepare our breakfasts and dinners instead of eating out, and the living room was a comfortable space for us to relax in during the evenings. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed and linens were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you to Don and Mary Ellen for sharing their slice of Heaven with us. The room was beautiful and every detail was thought of. Quick responses for questions and always ensuring we had everything we needed. The animals were well taken care of and all have a wonderful story of how they came to the Roamin’ Donkey. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Jessica’s place was incredibly spacious and featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed—including a patio barbecue. We stayed during a heat wave, and the air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool. The hosts were attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, excellent value for the money—I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at Casey's A-Frame Cabin. Everything was as described and matched the photos, had everything we needed for our trip. A very quiet and secluded location, great to relax in the middle of the forest. Only a short drive to nearby towns and beaches like Sauble Falls and Southampton, and easy to get on the main road north to Tobermory, the National Parks and various trails. Casey was easy to communicate with and had some great local recommendations for trips and food.

We loved our girls weekend stay at the Kimberley Creek Cabin. We instantly felt peaceful and at home in the space. The sound of the creek and landscape let us feel immersed in nature and the entrance to the Bruce Trail is very easy to find directly from the cabin. Karen met us with a fresh loaf of sourdough which we enjoyed during our stay and showed us everything we needed to know, including recommendations for areas to explore during our stay and the routes to take with beautiful scenery. We were very happy to take her advice and had some fun adventures in surrounding towns we may not have otherwise visited. Karen and her husband Steve helped make our stay very comfortable, offering firewood for a bonfire and making sure to be available for anything we needed. Something to note is that the stairs up to the loft area are half stairs and half ladder which was a little scary but there's a lovely main floor bedroom with a very comfortable bed if the stairs are too challenging.

Spent a lovely long weekend at this cozy cabin! The property is beautiful and full of areas to explore, Neil is an incredibly friendly and engaged host, and Luna is the sweetest furry co-host. Perfect location for a peaceful and rustic stay!

My family and I (four, excluding our two puppies) were in need of a relaxing getaway for a couple of days, and we decided to choose Grey Bruce Cottages just by how incredible the photos looked! After being in contact with Ayn, I was even more impressed with the kind service and hospitality that l was met with. Upon arrival, the cabin was just as beautiful as it looked in the photos, and it was extremely clean with a noticeably pleasant smell. The kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, and especially bathrooms were also very obviously taken care of exceptionally well. During the extent of our four day stay at the cottage, my family and I had an amazing time enjoying the hot tub, firepit area, and sauna! The kitchen was perfect for making some breakfast in the morning (especially with the Reverse osmosis water) the living room was just right for winding down after an eventful day in the town, and the beds (mattress, pillows, and bedding) were all very comfortable. We will be back!

Our stay at George’s place was amazing! The cabin was exactly as we imagined and very peaceful. Great deck and great views, and we loved the outdoor shower. The lake is clear and blue, and cold at this time of year, but that’s what we needed to get our lymphatic circulation going after long days of hiking! Loads of fireflies in the evening as well - a spectacular show! George was responsive, helpful, and had great recommendations for things to do locally. Would definitely return here.

Leah was so sweet when I had to check out early. My early check out was 100% for personal reasons and had nothing to do with the space or my host. She kindly sent along a partial refund (which is not expected or asked for) which was very sweet and compassionate. The space itself was just adorable and I really appreciated the bud vases of fresh cut flowers placed in the window and on the picnic table. All signage and directions were clear and easy to locate :) I look forward to staying again in the fall ❤️

The cottage is very spacious and lovely. Beds are SUPER comfortable and all the linens are very nice quality. The sauna and hot tub were great ways to relax.
