You'll be in your own peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric little house. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The local store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

Cozy sauna cottage in a beautiful rural landscape. Quiet private space, fireplace, toilet, shower and wood-heated sauna (underfloor heating in the premises). A large terrace and barbecue are available. You can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard separately. Extra beds can be booked as shared accommodation in the main building. Extra mattresses are also available for children. Space to move and play in the yard. In the common areas, there is the possibility of using the kitchen and washing machine.

Paritalo Pusula

A two-room apartment at the end of a quiet road. Rural peace in the middle of the village. We live in the same house, so we'll probably be there when you arrive. Although we live in the same house, the apartment still has its own entrance and its own peace of mind. There is an outdoor sauna in the yard that can be used. If you want to use the sauna, please let me know when you book. We have animals that live their own lives. This also includes animal sounds. The sheep bleat and the rooster crows.

Brand-new cabin by the forest

Welcome to our brand-new cabin! The cabin is located on the edge of our yard, offering peace and privary eventhough Rovaniemi city center is still only 10 minutes drive away (7 km) and Santa Claus Village, airport and railway station are about 15min drive away (10km). Free parking right next to the cabin. Cross country skiing tracks are about 500m and skiing slopes and golf course are about 4km away. We can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 in double bed/single beds + 1 on a mattress or baby bed.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

Saunatupa - Sauna Cabin

Tervetuloa yöpymään 2022 valmistuneessa erillisessä 13 m2 saunatuvassa kotimme pihapiirissä. Saunatuvassa voit nauttia puukiukaan löylyistä ja yöpyä levitettävällä sohvasängyllä. Lisäksi rakennuksessa on wc, suihku, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin ja terassi. Terassilla sijaitsevan paljun voi vuokrata erillishintaan täytettynä ja lämmitettynä 120€/1.pv, lisäpäivät 40€. Hintaan sisältyvät vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, laudeliinat, loppusiivous ja tarvittaessa auton pysäköinti.

Talviaamuna voit kävellä kauniilla lumisilla metsäpoluilla, kuunnella luonnon hiljaisuutta ja hengittää raikasta ilmaa.
