In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

Cottage in the Rokua ridge landscape on a lichen slope. From the backyard you can access the hiking/jogging trails, the ridge terrain and the nearby potholes. The cottage has a fireplace, as well as an indoor and outdoor sauna. Nearby Rokua National Park, ski slopes and spa (4km) Suitable for hikers, families and those seeking peace. For peaceful guests (max 6 people) we offer a newly renovated detached house in the center of Hailuoto. In the log house, located in the heart of the Hailuoto National Landscape, you can spend a comfortable holiday as well as telecommuting days. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. The yard has stunning views of the field.

The modern and cozy log villa Villa Joutsensalmi is located in Salmilampi, just a few minutes' drive from the diverse services of Ruka's center. Well-equipped Villa Joutsensalmi creates a great setting for an active holiday in all seasons in the unique nature of Kuusamo. In summer and autumn, hiking and mountain bike trails can be accessed from the nearby terrain. In winter and spring, you can access the well-maintained ski slopes and snowmobile trails of Ruka from the yard of the cottage.
