Cozy, half of a duplex at your disposal.

Cozy, tidy apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

Apartment & Private Spa

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). OIKOLA house, large terrace and a magnificent outdoor sauna

In a quiet area of 220m2, the house comfortably accommodates 18 people and two in couch spots. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking for a large group. There is space for cars in the yard and an electric car charging facility. Great public transportation. Close to a wide variety of outdoor sports, a beach, and natural attractions. The house has a 70m2 covered cozy terrace, where it is nice to spend time in any weather. Wood-fired outdoor sauna.

House in the center of Puolanka

A cozy little detached house in the center of Puolanka. Accommodation passing by for one night? Need an apartment from Puolanga for a month or three? Our house offers a cozy base in a quiet location. Downtown services within walking distance. The living room has a fireplace. A wood-burning sauna in the yard, whose steam has been commended. A canopy place for the car. Children's supplies can be found if needed. A longer term rental is also possible.

Lohiranta

Furnished two-room apartment. Lake 400 m. No private beach. Fishing, snowmobiling, hunting. Peace of nature. Possibility to use a hot tub. Private entrance. Sauna available with private entrance. Washing machine and dryer also available. Outdoor sauna also available. Distance from the town about 35 km. Very good opportunities for snowmobiling and ice fishing. Hunting on state lands (with a permit). Netflix available. Tap water is good and drinkable.

Villa Meriparkki (100 m2).

You are warmly welcome to stay in a cozy 100-square-meter detached house, in a peaceful and idyllic seaside setting. The accommodation price includes bedding and towels, the basics of cooking (spices, cooking oil, etc.), laundry detergent, and all the equipment you need for basic living. In the bedroom, a double bed and in the other rooms, there are also 2 extendable sofa beds. Rovaniemi is 120km away. Kemi and Tornio 20km.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

The house is clean, completely renovated from the inside in 2017. In a scenic spot on the banks of the River Tornio. In the summer, there are great opportunities for salmon fishing. Autumn hunting and berry picking opportunities. In winter and spring, great opportunities for snowmobiling, the route runs from the side. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort of Ritavalkea.
