The villa offers a luxurious setting for relaxation - the glow of the fireplace, the warmth of the outdoor hot tub, the soft sauna and a refreshing dip in the lake. The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. Palju käytössä huhtikuusta lokakuuhun, erillismaksusta. Lemmikit ovat kielletty. Etäisyydet: Matkailukeskus Ukkohalla 26 km. Kaupat: Puolanka keskusta 30 km ja Ristijärvi 26 km.

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

There are both free and coin-operated parking spaces near the apartment. Pets are welcome.

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.
