You will be in peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric Little House. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.

This unique, 100+ year old cottage is located in a quiet residential area just a few kilometers away from the city center. It is close to the highway E4. The next bus stop and a supermarket can be found in immediate vicinity. Bikes can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage is suitable for 2 people and offers a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house can be heated with electrical heaters, a heat pump or a wood-burning oven.

Tervetuloa yöpymään tässä uudehkossa, rauhallisessa saunatuvassa. Täällä voit rentoutua pehmeissä puusaunan löylyissä sekä yöpyä viihtyisässä tuvassa. Saunatupa on yhteensä 26m2. Tuvan puolella on parisänky, levitettävä sohva kahdelle, pieni pöytä ja jääkaappi sekä kahvinkeitin. Lisäksi kylpyhuone/wc, sauna ja terassi. Terassilla kaasugrilli. Kaksio rauhallisen päättyvän tien päässä. Maaseudun rauha keskellä kylää. Asumme itse samassa talossa joten olemme todennäköisesti paikalla kun saavutte. Vaikka asumme samassa talossa, on asuntoon on kuitenkin oma sisäänkäynti ja oma rauha majoittumiseen. Pihassa on ulkosauna jota on mahdollista käyttää. Jos haluatte saunoa, pyydän ilmoittamaan siitä varauksen yhteydessä. Meillä on eläimiä, jotka elävät omaa elämäänsä. Tähän sisältyy myös eläinten äänet. Lampaat määkivät ja kukko kiekuu.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

Separately, you can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard. Extra beds can be booked as a communal accommodation in the main building. There are also extra beds for children. There's room in the yard to move around and play. In common areas, you can use a kitchen and a washer.
