Guest house holiday rentals in Northern Finland

The cottage was in a great location and my two cats and I had a great time there, Fredrik is friendly and nice he warmed up the sauna in the evenings which was very nice. The cottage is right by the sea and has great views and easy to take a dip in. Warm recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay in Rovaniemi. We did everything on foot. The park behind the Arktikum Museem (best place to observe the northern lights!) is very easy to access from the studio and to get to town too it's very simple. The apartment is very warm, a real cozy nest! We slept great all week. And the sauna is a real plus too! Petteri is very friendly and responsive to messages as needed. We even saw a white hare in their garden in the snow, it was magical. In short, a good location!

The place was amazing and very cosy despite the weather outside. We had have a great time. I recommend this place.

First place for cycling enthusiasts. You can get everywhere by bike, park after park. Very close to the center.

Great place and really friendly hosts. Although the sauna room is in direct contact with the house, it still had its own peace and privacy. You could really relax outdoors and the hot tub crowned the whole visit. The sofa bed with bedding was luxurious. I can highly recommend.

This place is a jewel in the middle of nature. I've stayed at Pauliina's place for an extended period as I've came to Oulu/Varjakka for work. It's a very beautiful studio with a gorgeous view. (and I didn't use it so often but the Sauna is absolutely beautiful) Especially, if you should be traveling through and you want to relax for a couple of days, I'd say, this place is perfect. ....and Pauliina and Jouni will help with and do everything to make you feel more at home. Thank you, Pauliina & Jouni for being such lovely & flexible hosts!

Very beautiful and clean and enough warm house with lots of kitchen equipment and shower amenities. We were really comfortable at the house!! Strongly recommend!!

The accommodation worked well for me and my two dogs. It was really easy to deal with Jarno. The place was neat and the transaction was easy.

Wonderful peaceful place, happened to be really wonderful sunny and warm air during the visit, indoors still was wonderfully cool thanks to the air heat pump! everything you need is found and the whirlpools + log sauna crown the experience perfectly 😍 thank you very much Mari ❤️

Let’s start by saying that hosts were amazing. Matthias and Suvianna were very friendly and responsive with lots of proactivity and kindness. The location on the riverside is beautiful and it allowed us to observe aurora lights almost every night. The cabin itself is provided with everything you need for a stay and is super clean and decorated with great taste. Overall amazing experience and we are very happy with our stay!

A very functional home on the way north and back. Excellent location in a quiet area. The apartment was very clean and cozy, there was plenty of room for three people.

Very nice cabin to stay in. Fresh bathroom and toilets, a large + with the nice sauna and a calm area. Ample equipped cottage. Perfectly suited for a family with children. Comfortable beds and proper duvets to sleep with. Thank you for a nice winter holiday in Ruka, we are happy to come several times😊

There were four of us in Lapland for the 2nd time as a family. We felt so good at Marlene's place. She has a beautiful yard with a great ambiance. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely be going to Marlene again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ari’s place. Ari was extremely friendly, accommodating and had brilliant activities suggestions throughout our stay (which he kindly arranged for us last minute). We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities Ari had planned for us. The activities were hosted by locals in small groups and it was really personal and private. It felt very different from the usual tours we booked online. We would highly recommend anyone to choose this place, because it honestly far exceeded our expectations. We would choose to stay here again, in a heartbeat, if we were to come back to Rovaniemi.
