We had an amazing stay at Theo’s place! Everything was perfect clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip so enjoyable. We’d absolutely love to return! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

It is located in a resort with lots of services & activities & staff to assist. They gave advice on sites to see & how to best get to them. And restaurants and shopping. I used it as a base for sightseeing by car & it is located at the edge of town with good access to roads. The unit was super clean & fully featured including an easy to use washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. And very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator giving more privacy. Lots of parking.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were relaxing and perfect! Plenty of space to not feel crowded! We will plan on a return soon!!

First time visiting Williamsburg and this was the ideal location to stay at. Very private with enough space to hang out with everyone you taveled with or just hang out on your own. Very clean and well furnished. We lacked nothing on this trip and we will definitely be staying here again!

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

Met us in person for personal check in- gave personal cell number for any needs. Very friendly and welcoming!

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

We stayed at Mikes place for 4 nights. It was very nice and we really enjoyed the grounds. There was an indoor pool which was heated and kept at about 85 degrees and the grounds were beautiful. Mikes place was also really nice. It was spacious and very comfortable. All that you would expect from a condo. The fireplace was also a nice touch as was the balcony that we enjoyed sitting and having coffee. Overall, we would stay there again for sure !!!

The condo was clean, big enough and the amenities were great. Close to all attractions and restaurants,food stores etc….. my only issue was at check in. We got there after 4:00pm and our room wasn’t ready. A lovely woman helped me and we got our room within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location.

Good location next to the water park and Target. Quick response for short notice trip. Stronger than. Good quality furniture and new flooring.

What a great stay! My wife, son, and I visited Washington DC for a few days and then stayed in Williamsburg for a couple of days. Originally, we requested a 1-bedroom, but we were pleasantly surprised that David had upgraded us to a 2-bedroom at no extra cost. Thank you, David! The place was fantastic! It was nice and spacious, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. If I'm ever out that way in the future, I would definitely book again!

My family needed a place within the area to stay while emergency work was being performed on our home. Booking Mateo's place was painless and easy. Mateo's place had everything we needed and was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Mateo was a very gracious host, always friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend Mateo's home.

The Double H Ranch exceeded our expectations. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need plus some. The location was perfectly situated close to the dock. The house was clean and cozy. The host was communicative and friendly, offering help in adjusting the reservation and any other questions that I had. He had plenty of items onsite to make the time spent there fun and adventurous! (kayaks, bikes, and a golf cart) I would highly recommend this residence to anyone! Thank you Christopher!

Kristi is an exceptional host. She's so warm and helpful - and she thought of everything! The beds were comfortable and the house is cozy and warm feeling. I was surprised and delighted to find that she even had the little strainer I like to make my morning tea! I was also surprised that even though the neighborhood is close to the main road, the house is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

The coffee -grinder, the expresso maker, the stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher with the pods supplied, the restrooms with the sanitary items supplied, the enormous amount of wash cloths and towels, the soft beds and bedding, the complimentary shower gels and lotions... the board games supplied, the parking passes for street parking supplied, the outdoor patio and furniture, the outdoor storage, the "City Life" theme throughout the home..... all FABULOUS! Warning: The showers are explained, but the water goes from scorching hot to warm. You can only adjust it either after you get in or reach into the shower as the water is hitting you. The street parking is tight. If the neighbor in the back decides to park close to you, you'll need to let your passengers out before you park because of the shed. The lights in the bedroom are very chic, but they get very hot quickly. Trouble walking, bad knees...not the house for you. For me and my crew...LOVE!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was in town for the Eagaman 70.3 Triathlon, and it was the perfect spot to relax before and after the race. Super easy check-in and a nice, quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

This place is great the decor is A1 the master bedroom is simply amazing the soaker tub was a really nice touch the access to snacks,water,coffee & juice was a added bonus adequate space for a party of 5 the upstairs has its own living room which was nice for my kids to hang out I am super impressed

We loved staying at John's place, especially hanging out on the screened-in and open decks in the back of the house facing the water. Beautiful view, quiet, and very peaceful. We also had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-appointed.
