This space is somehow even more inviting and wonderful than the photos portray. It feels spacious but cozy and has so much character and vibe and I fell in love the moment I walked in! Jean and Steve are the ultimate hosts. Attentive and so friendly, but with plenty of space. There are touches throughout that covered every need I could think of for a beautiful Taos retreat. The claw foot tub with a gorgeous view is a highlight, but the bed is also luxurious and comfy with lots of pillows and covers. And getting to sit au naturel in a hot tub under the stars is very hard to beat. The location feels so secluded at the end of a dead end road, but easy access to everything around. I will definitely be returning!

Leaping Deer Ranch had the most remarkable amenities of any place our family has ever stayed (and we’ve stayed at some incredible places.). Colin was so responsive and helpful, yet out of the way during our stay. The people on staff were amazing as well! The ranch is stunningly beautiful and worth every single penny. My only regret is that we would have stayed longer and explored the property more! We hope to be back another time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We immediately regretted only stopping in santa fe for one night because we loved this place so much. We would absolutely stay here again, the location and home were so magical!

Casita Rose was perfect! We stayed two nights while passing through during a road trip. The pictures don’t it justice. It’s such a cozy and cute place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rebecca was a great host!

I visited from Chicago for a a fairly long stay (~12 days), and it was a great experience! The living space was very cozy and had a very usable kitchen. The views of the mountains during the morning and evening were pretty great, and the location was far enough away from people to remain quiet while still being close enough to grab groceries on a whim. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in the nearby area.

This house is in a beautiful place tucked into a mountain community. Lovely view of the mountains with a space to be outside and enjoy the sun and the flowers. Peaceful, comfortable, and verdant.

Meghan is very responsive and super helpful! The place was ready and as described in the photos. She made us feel welcome and even left food for my daughters to feed the goats! The place was close to everything but felt like you were out in the country. All of the animals are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely magical stay! Our family loved every moment—from the peaceful mornings with coffee and a view of Chimney Rock, to stargazing under the clear night sky. The kids couldn’t get enough of the ducks and chickens, and we all appreciated the generously stocked kitchen that made meals a breeze. Despite the warm weather, the home stayed perfectly comfortable. After long hikes, soaking in the wood-fired tub with lavender Epsom salts was pure bliss. A truly special place, made even better by a warm and responsive host. The cabin was also stocked with great toys and art supplies for the kiddos. We can’t wait to come back!

Place was awesome! Jarad was very hospitable & helpful. Glad he was able to accommodate us with our fur babies as we had an rv breakdown & it makes having to get accommodation for fur babies that make them feel uncomfortable comfortable. We left there feeling homesick. ** other than the sulfur smell in water. It’s manageable.

Holly was a great host, making sure we knew she would be able to help us at a moments notice if we needed anything. The surroundings are so beautiful and really invoke a sense of peace and connection with nature, as you are able to watch the weather patterns roll in from the mountains with green pastures and horses in the foreground. The home itself is very clean and stays cool during the day in the summer even without the use of the available AC, which is really an asset in the southwest. The house is very well appointed, clean, and so comfortable! It really feels like a home away from home no matter how far you have traveled to get there. We will definitely be back, we loved this rental!

This is a magical home and I can't recommend it enough! Oozing with character, beautifully furnished and dog friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This authentic adobe home was as advertised and a great base to explore this area of New Mexico. The house had everything we needed, was tastefully furnished with lots of lovely tile work and art on the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and we left windows open at night as a natural air conditioner. The grounds were lovely, with numerous huge cottonwoods. One night a lively thunderstorm provided entertainment for several hours. We loved the quiet of the countryside; the whistle of the Rail Runner and Amtrak trains were not a problem for us. We hope to return next time we visit this part of New Mexico.

What can I say about this place aside from how wonderful it was to stay here? My children and I had the best time hanging in the spa, listening to music on the house speakers, and enjoying a break from our every day lives. Phil made us feel right at home, and my kiddos had a blast! Would definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful space Phil has created.

When we booked the Ranchito, I thought it had to be too good to be true. All five-star reviews?!? There had to be something—some minor inconvenience that guests weren't talking about. But I'm happy to say that is ABSOLUTELY NOT the case! Misty's Ranchito is as amazing as all of her guests make it out to be! Not only is the property and interior design stunning (this place is a VIBE!), but the Ranchito offers everything you could possibly need: pool and shower towels, cozy bed and sheets, bug spray and sunblock, coffee and a plethora of spices, books galore, board games and cards—the list goes on! Make sure to enjoy the sunset views and early mornings outside with the birds flitting between feeders. Misty is also super responsive and proactively checks in to ensure everything is going well. We never felt like an inconvenience to her. We are definitely considering a return visit—maybe next year? I highly recommend Misty and the Ranchito. You won't regret staying here!

I really enjoyed staying at Patty and Juan’s! The place felt very relaxing and peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. It is a very walkable distance to the place I was visiting so it was perfect. It had everything I needed and was very clean and comfortable. I met Patty and Juan and it was such a pleasure as they are so kind and welcoming that I felt right at home. I am grateful and will love to stay again when I visit!

This home was beyond charming and full of nostalgia. My kids loved the games and vhs tapes. The hosts had the place warm upon our arrival making us feel right at home. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time. They also gave us homemade salsa as we departed. It was delicious. We highly recommend this place. ☺️

Fun, unique stay in a yurt! Enjoyed the outdoor space for evening stargazing. Had everything we needed for a quick stay while visiting Mesa Verde NP. Remote location but this is exactly what we expected based on the listing. Easy drive to Durango for more restaurant and shopping options.

This was our first stay in an Airbnb and it was a great experience! Everything we needed was avilable. The bungalow was comfortable and cute and had a great patio with a fire pit and grilll with a fantastic view of the mountains! Rachel, our host was super friendly and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. We definitely will be coming back to the bungalow!

Loved the location. Trails, restaurant and nice bookstore nearby. I'd recommend the breakfast sandwiches and turkish coffee at Satellite Coffee also.

We had an amazing stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking . We especially loved enjoying dinner on the patio. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect . Close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. If you plan to cook, I recommend bringing your own seasonings, as the kitchen isn’t stocked with any. There’s also a grill in the back, which was a great bonus. We used it twice and had such a lovely time dining outside with the beautiful scenery. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d definitely come back!
