The plot is sunny with panoramic sea views that can be enjoyed from the cabin's hot tub. There is a fabulous view from the cabin towards the island of Kinn in the northwest, a landmark and the area is known as a sailing landmark along the coast. To the southwest you can see the well-known viewpoint Brurastakken and the popular hiking island Alden also called Norske Hesten. With the cabin's motorboat you can travel there and to Værlandet and Bulandet.

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 metres high, with four floors. Built in wood with extensive reuse of materials. The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

The cottage is located in quiet surroundings and you're going to love our place because it's located right by the fjord. You can easily go fishing and hiking or just relax and enjoying the view. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
